Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Commercial Engineer for technical sales, prospecting, needs identification, quotation preparation, and project closing in the industrial and commercial sectors. Technical coordination for proposal integration Electrical Commercial Engineer Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León (hybrid work model) Corporate base: Querétaro (quarterly visits) Department: Commercial / Technical Sales Requirements: Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred). 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical services, projects, or industrial maintenance sales. Solid experience in quotations. Main Responsibilities: Prospect industrial and commercial clients in Monterrey and the metropolitan area. Identify needs regarding electrical installations and maintenance. Conduct technical site visits and on-site surveys. Prepare, analyze, and follow up on electrical services quotations. Coordinate with the technical team in Querétaro for proposal integration. Negotiate commercial terms and close projects. Follow up on the execution of sold services. Develop and maintain a customer portfolio. Periodically report commercial progress. Present quarterly results in Querétaro. Compensation: Base salary. Sales commissions. Gasoline allowance. Company vehicle or car allowance. Paid travel allowances for trips to Querétaro. Hybrid work model.
