GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE** Support the comprehensive design and optimization of the company’s online and offline marketing strategies. The incumbent must leverage AI tools and data analytics to develop strategies, strengthen brand presence, and support sales growth for Portalia’s real estate developments. **2\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Digital and Performance Strategy: Support designing and executing organic and paid campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to generate high volumes of leads. Audiovisual Production: Record and edit visual materials (flyers, videos, reels) using AI to optimize quality and delivery timelines. Offline and BTL Campaigns: Support developing and executing "Below The Line" campaigns (activations, events, physical materials) in coordination with the Sales and Marketing departments. Digital Infrastructure Management: Design landing pages and ensure consistency of digital communications across platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, or Wix. **3\. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND TOOLS** Mandatory: Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Creative Software: Video/image editing tools and generative AI tools for content creation. Google Workspace: Proficiency in Google Sheets (for reporting and budgeting), Docs, and Forms. Vendor Management: Ability to negotiate and oversee external services (print shops, agencies, activations). **4\. CLEAR AND MEASURABLE GOALS (KPIs)** Production: Deliver a minimum of 4 new audiovisual materials per week and maintain 5 weekly publications. **5\. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** Base monthly salary: $14,000.00 (fourteen thousand pesos 00/100 Mexican pesos), nominal. Payment method: Bi-weekly disbursement. Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 \- 18:00 hrs) and Saturdays (9:00 \- 14:00 hrs). Availability: 24/7 telephone availability for emergencies or consultations.
