Professional growth in IT projects Job Description We are seeking an **IT Support Technician (Level 1 and Level 2)** to provide end-user support via **technical support tickets and participation in IT projects**, ensuring the proper operation of the organization's technological infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in **diagnosis, maintenance, and support** of computing equipment, networks, and systems, with a focus on efficient incident resolution and customer service. Responsibilities * Handling, tracking, and closing **support tickets**. * Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users. * Diagnosing and resolving issues related to: * PCs and laptops * Printers and peripherals * Projectors and audiovisual equipment * Installing, configuring, and maintaining **hardware and software**. * Providing basic support and maintenance for **LAN/Wi-Fi networks**. * Assisting with basic server administration. * Supporting **CCTV and video surveillance systems**. * Installing and replacing **hardware components**. * Providing technical support for **IT projects** (implementations, migrations, upgrades). * Documenting incidents and solutions. * Coordinating with vendors when necessary. Requirements * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering**, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year** of technical support experience. * Knowledge of: * Windows operating systems (Linux/macOS is desirable) * Basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi) * Hardware and preventive/corrective maintenance * Help desk tools * Experience in **CCTV, servers, and networking** is desirable. * Availability for on-site and/or field support.
