The role is responsible for ensuring tax compliance, generating reliable financial information, supporting decision-making, and contributing to the structuring of administrative and accounting processes. Main Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and control of administrative and accounting processes - Ensure tax and regulatory compliance with authorities (SAT) - Supervise and coordinate general accounting to guarantee reliability and accuracy - Plan, execute, and supervise monthly and annual accounting closings - Generate, analyze, and present financial statements for decision-making - Manage and control accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) - Supervise bank reconciliations and account clean-up - Design and implement internal controls and accounting policies - Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost centers - Participate in financial planning and profitability analysis - Coordinate internal and external audits - Address tax and financial requirements - Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (individuals and legal entities) - Collaborate in the administrative and financial structuring of the project - Coordinate and develop the accounting team Required Profile - Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree obtained) - 5–10 years of experience in general accounting - Demonstrable experience in team supervision or leadership - Experience in accounting closings and preparation of financial statements - Solid knowledge of tax compliance - ERP system proficiency - Proficiency in Contpaqi (commercial module, accounting, invoicing, payroll) - Advanced Excel skills - Residency in Monterrey and/or metropolitan area Key Skills - Leadership and team management - Discretion and handling of confidential information - Strategic decision-making - Strong analytical ability - Adaptability to change - Planning and organization - Results-oriented mindset - Autonomy and proactivity We Offer - Competitive salary (based on experience) - 100% statutory benefits - Additional benefits - Opportunity for professional growth and development Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through this platform.
