Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Recruiter with experience in posting and tracking job vacancies, as well as candidate engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in posting job vacancies on social media 2. Timely attention and follow-up with candidates 3. Occasional support in administrative recruitment OPERATIONAL RECRUITER We are currently looking for a Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in posting job vacancies on social media. Main Responsibilities: Posting and tracking operational job vacancies Timely attention and follow-up with candidates Meeting weekly and monthly targets Occasional support in recruiting administrative profiles Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays on rotation (every other Saturday, or as needed) We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $11,500 Statutory benefits from day one Immediate hiring Job stability Location: Azabache 2298, Col.
