Participation in meetings and continuous improvement **Autoplastek is looking for your talent — don’t wait, join our team!** ***Requirements*** Education: Technical degree, TSU, Engineering, or related field Age: 23 to 40 years old ***Experience*** **· Minimum two years (verifiable) of experience in plastic injection mold maintenance. MANDATORY** · Use of machinery and equipment (lathe, milling machine, welding machine, TIG welding, surface grinder, etc.) · Use and handling of tools (drill, presses, turbine, files, grinding stones, etc.) · Knowledge of hot runner systems in molds · Welding and fitting of mold seals · Proficiency in Office tools · Knowledge of 5S · Maintenance indicators MTTR and MTBF · Use and handling of basic tools · Troubleshooting and failure analysis · Knowledge and operation of overhead cranes · Preventive and predictive maintenance of injection molds · Interpretation of diagrams and drawings · Mold repair on production lines ***Responsibilities*** · Participate in Top 5 meetings. · Participate in QRQC. (Collaborate with support departments such as Production, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance) · TPM. · Provide overtime support. · Implement 5S. · Comply with safety regulations and prevent workplace accidents. · Provide technical and knowledge-based support to Production for proper care and preventive maintenance of molds. · Perform Level 2 mold maintenance according to shot-based or scheduled plans. · Safeguard resources and tooling in the mold shop. · Timely and accurate communication of mold status, incidents, events, accidents, etc., via logbooks, electronic means, and verbal reporting. · Support operational staff to perform their duties effectively. · Comply with SEA and SGC systems. · Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct and/or internal regulations. **Location: Gate Industrial Park, Escobedo, N.L.** **Apply only if you meet all the above requirements!** Salary: $17,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
