




**Company Description:** At AMEDIRH, we share the TALENT of individuals according to their knowledge, experience, and competencies, enhancing the value of our partners' culture through behaviors and attitudes that differentiate them in the labor market. **Job Mission:** Design, structure, and maintain operational databases that facilitate integration, data cleansing, and analysis. **Job Functions:** An Amedirh partner company is seeking a “MULTIFUNCTIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE” REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * 1 to 3 years of experience managing and analyzing large volumes of data, information control, and operational processes. * Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, validations, cross-references). * Desired: Power Query, Access, or data modeling and cleansing tools. * Knowledge in database structuring, validation, version control, and information flows. * Desired experience working with ERPs (or internal data capture and management systems). ACTIVITIES * Build and maintain orderly, scalable, and user-friendly operational databases in Excel for the team. * Clean, organize, and validate data from internal ERP systems or other platforms. * Automate reports, processes, and key information flows for operations, logistics, or administration. * Generate analysis sheets and dashboards ready for review by leaders or management. * Document developed processes, structures, and tools. * Train the team in the use and updating of created tools when necessary. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in managing and analyzing large volumes of data.
