Job Summary: We are seeking a Northern Regional Supervisor to oversee stores, staff, processes, and operations, with skills in inventory management and payment systems. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: * Advanced intermediate level of Excel. * Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). * Knowledge of payment systems. * Proficiency in point-of-sale terminals. * Experience as a store supervisor. * Supervision of personnel. * Conducting physical and virtual inventory counts. Responsibilities: * Supervising store appearance and adherence to established processes. * Reviewing company assets and values. * Inspecting and evaluating operational standards across stores. * Managing personnel under supervision, including training and reinforcing procedures. * Supervising and auditing shrinkage and procedures at each store. * Preparing and analyzing sales, competition, market, and other reports. * Identifying and resolving operational needs at branches (cleaning, service, and commercial execution). * Supporting branch operational activities. * Collaborating with support departments (HR, Management, IT, Treasury, etc). Schedule: * Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Location: * Plaza de la Tecnología, Av. Benito Juárez 101, Centro, 64000 Monterrey, Nuevo León (Base) and northern region branches.
