We are looking for a highly motivated Process Consultant intern to join our consulting team supporting Odoo implementations for our customers. While Odoo experience is not required (we will train you from the ground up) the role calls for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, mapping its processes, and translating them into a digital platform. You will work side by side with our senior consultants on real client projects, gaining hands\-on exposure to ERP implementation methodology, business analysis, and digital transformation across different industries. **Main Responsibilities:** * Documenting customer business processes across functional areas (sales, projects, finance, HR, operations, inventory) * Supporting the configuration and setup of Odoo modules for client projects under the guidance of senior consultants * Participating in requirements\-gathering sessions and workshops with customer stakeholders * Identifying process gaps and contributing to improvement proposals as part of the implementation roadmap * Preparing user manuals, training materials, and project documentation for clients * Assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and end\-user training activities * Following up on client feedback and coordinating with the technical team to resolve open items **Main Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, and System Administration Engineering, or related area (5th semester and above) * Strong interest in business processes, digital transformation, and enterprise software * Solid analytical and organizational skills * Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, comfortable interacting with client stakeholders at different levels * Customer\-oriented mindset, with professionalism and patience when working with end users * Self\-motivated, curious, and results\-oriented * Comfortable working with documentation, flowcharts, and structured information * Conversational English (B1 or higher) for working with documentation and software interfaces. **What makes you outstanding** * Previous exposure to any ERP, CRM, or business management software (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) not required, but a plus * Familiarity with process mapping notations (BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes) * Basic knowledge of accounting, sales, inventory, or HR processes * Experience with productivity tools (Excel, Notion, Jira, Trello, draw.io) * Knowledge of Agile methodology or project management fundamentals * Interest in AI, automation, and how technology reshapes traditional business processes * Eager to learn and willing to take ownership of deliverables **Our Offer:** * Flex time and remote arrangement * Mentorship Program * Hands\-on training in Odoo and ERP implementation methodology * Exposure to real client projects across multiple industries * High growth potential within our consulting practice If you would like to bring your talent onboard, send your resume to fernando.hernandez@nsg\-engineering.com and we will contact you.
