




**Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper receipt of materials, guaranteeing that received products comply with purchase orders, quality standards, and established timelines, while maintaining precise inventory control. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise the **physical receipt** of filters, spare parts, and materials from suppliers. * Verify that received goods match **purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes** (quantity, model, brand, and condition). * Coordinate the **safe unloading** of products and their proper placement in the receiving area. * Identify and report **damages, shortages, or discrepancies** in received goods. * Record incoming items in the **inventory system** and ensure accurate documentation. * Coordinate the **receiving staff** and assign daily tasks. * Ensure compliance with **safety and housekeeping procedures** in the area. * Follow up on returns, rejections, or clarifications with suppliers. * Maintain the receiving area **clean, organized, and properly labeled**. * Support physical inventories and internal audits. **Education:** * Completed high school diploma (technical training or incomplete bachelor’s degree preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse, receiving, or logistics (automotive spare parts or tractor-trailer experience preferred). **Knowledge:** * Receiving and inventory control processes. * Basic identification of tractor-trailer filters and spare parts (preferred). * Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite. **Skills:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. **Competencies** * Responsibility * Integrity * Results-oriented * Order and discipline Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for permanent employment contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site
