




Job Summary: Support the sourcing, quotation, and tracking of materials, furniture, and logistical services for national and international projects. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of information among different teams and suppliers. **Procurement / Acquisition and Specification Assistant** **Job Objective:** Support the sourcing, quotation, organization, and tracking of materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, accessories, suppliers, and logistical services required for national and international projects, ensuring clear, up-to-date, and well-organized information for the design, operations, and administration teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Research and propose brands, suppliers, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. * Request, compare, and track domestic and international quotations. * Assist in developing and updating specification tables, FF\&E, and finish schedules. * Organize catalogs, technical data sheets, pricing, contacts, samples, and documentation by project. * Track availability, delivery timelines, warranties, commercial terms, and logistics. * Coordinate information among suppliers, design, procurement, administration, and operations. * Assist in controlling purchase orders, payments, invoices, deliveries, and order status. * Track courier services, freight, local/national deliveries, and imports where applicable. * Prepare supporting information, boards, or documents for material and product selection. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Administration, Business, Logistics, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, acquisitions, specification, FF\&E, supplier management, logistics, or administration. * English proficiency required, both oral and written. * Personal vehicle mandatory. * Familiarity with brands, suppliers, materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and decoration. * Basic administrative knowledge: quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and order tracking. * Knowledge of logistics services, deliveries, courier services, freight, and imports. * Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Google Drive, email, and organizational tools. * Prior experience in international projects preferred. * Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or commercial space projects preferred. * Prior experience or basic knowledge of construction, installation, execution timelines, and on-site coordination preferred. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Timely follow-up. * Strong communication skills. * Aesthetic and technical judgment. * Administrative acumen. * Proactivity. * Basic negotiation ability. * Sense of urgency. * Responsibility in handling information, pricing, supplier data, and documentation. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, N.L. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year **English:** Required **Personal Vehicle:** Mandatory **Send CV and PORTFOLIO to:** rh(@)filipaonunes.com e info(@)filipaonunes.com Salary: Starting from $1\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
