PROMINENT COMPANY IN CIENEGA DE FLORES IS HIRING CNC MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. CALIBRATE TOOLS AND RUN SET-UP (FIRST PART) FOR INSPECTION ON COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE (QUALITY). 2. LOAD AND UNLOAD PARTS AND PREPARE THEM FOR MACHINING. 3. PERFORM MACHINING OF COMPONENTS AND SOME PARTS. 4. DEBURR MACHINED PARTS AND VERIFY DIAMETERS AND REFERENCE DIMENSIONS TO CORRECT ALIGNMENT, DIAMETERS, OR RECALIBRATE TOOLS IF NECESSARY. REQUIREMENTS ------TECHNICAL DEGREE IN MACHINE TOOLS, WITH 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN MACHINING OPERATIONS, BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF PROGRAMMING AND NUMERICAL CONTROL READING, UNDERSTANDING OF MACHINING PROGRAM LOGIC, BLUEPRINT READING FOR MACHINING PROCESSES, AND MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT.
