




Hotel Hyatt is seeking a **Chef de Partie** to join our team in a full-time, on-site position. Objective: Responsible for food service during their shift and work group, through proper management of the Consumption Center's resources. Activities: 1. Supervises and directs food preparation in the restaurant area. 2. Responsible for the quality, presentation, and preservation of food prepared by the restaurant kitchen under their supervision. 3. Manages human and material resources within their area. 4. Responsible for cleanliness and optimal operation of equipment in their area. 5. Ensures compliance with Distintivo H standards. 6. Determines staff schedules within their area. 7. In the absence of the executive chef, makes decisions regarding food served in the restaurant under their responsibility. 8. Supervises and trains personnel in the area. Requirements: * Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, including techniques, preparation, product knowledge, and quality control * Knowledge of food preservation and refrigeration * Familiarity with Distintivo H * Work experience in position: minimum 2 years * Work experience in area: minimum 6 years Thank you for considering this job opportunity.
