




**Job Objective:** Provide support in the management, maintenance, and technical support of the organization’s computer systems, contributing to the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure and user assistance. **Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Technical Support:** Provide assistance to users with issues related to hardware, software, and networks. * **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * **Software Installation:** Install and configure software and applications according to user needs. * **Inventory Management:** Maintain up-to-date records of hardware and software. * **System Updates:** Implement security updates and patches. * **User Training:** Conduct basic training sessions for users on software and system usage. **Technical Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), networks, hardware, and common office software. **Skills:** * Proactive * Strong problem-solving ability * Decision-making ability * Ability to follow instructions * Organized * Verbal and written communication skills * Initiative to identify and propose improvements to processes and systems. * **Attention to Detail:** Focus on accuracy and quality of work performed. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience. * Driver’s license.
