Position requiring a 3-month stay in the USA
**Mandatory: valid visa, English proficiency**
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
* Establishing inspection points (including sample size, frequency, and method).
* Developing go/no-go gauges and verification templates for irregularly shaped stamped parts.
* Creating defect checklists.
* Waste management / Preventive maintenance.
* Pareto analysis and corrective actions.
* Process mapping to identify critical test points (CTPs).
* Nonconformance management.
* First and last piece process validation.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND/OR COMPETENCIES:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* More than 3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector (preferred).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in process quality.
* Problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis, Yes/No Yes Analysis, etc.).
* Experience leading cross-functional teams for problem resolution and continuous improvement.
* Experience developing documentation for quality processes.
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong presentation skills for report preparation.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
* Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* AutoCAD
