***General Activities*** * Design, administer, and maintain the up-to-date IT service catalog and its views. * Ensure all services contain information aligned with stakeholders' requirements. * Ensure alignment between the catalog and the services actually operated. * Standardize service structure within the ITSM tool (Proactivanet). * Coordinate service creation and updates with service owners. * Validate that Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Configuration, and Service Level Management practices align with the catalog. * Ensure the catalog is used as the foundation for service management. * Identify opportunities to improve service definitions. * Ensure correct publication and visibility of the catalog for users. * Coordinate dissemination of the service catalog. * Propose improvements to the catalog structure to facilitate usability and understanding. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Catalog Management. * Degree in Information Technology–related fields, such as: Information Technologies · Computer Systems · Informatics · Telecommunications · Software Engineering · Cybersecurity · Industrial Engineering (with IT focus) **IT Service Management:** * Service Catalog Management * Service Level Management * Change Management * Configuration Management (CMDB) * Request Management * Incident and Problem Management * Service Portfolio Management **Service and Process Documentation:** * Modeling. * Diagramming. * ITSM platforms * CMDB **Information Technologies:** * IT infrastructures, * Networks * Operating systems * Databases * Cloud computing * Monitoring and observability * Basic cybersecurity * Enterprise integrations and applications * Data analysis, metrics, and trends: · Continuous improvement processes **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $25,000 to $30,000 based on qualifications (including KPI bonus) * Statutory benefits from day one and 100% nominal salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Application question(s): * What is your expected net monthly income? * Have you worked with CMDB or service relationships?
