Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León. **WE ARE HIRING RECENT GRADUATES** **Job Requirements** * Graduates of technical programs in machine tools and/or university (FIME), with or without experience * Knowledge of machinery (SMT or CNC) * Intermediate English (preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for implementing the 6S methodology in the work area, operating, managing, and maintaining machinery * Operate automated machinery to carry out production according to work instructions and safety procedures established by the company * Strong sense of responsibility * Availability to work rotating shifts: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:35 pm to 6:05 am Monday through Thursday (with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off) * Willingness to work overtime (if necessary) **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * Starting daily salary: $420 * Salary increments at 3, 9, and 12 months * Food vouchers: 9% * Savings fund: 10% (matched by the company) * Vacation bonus: 25% * Statutory vacation days * Weekly punctuality and attendance award: $300 MXN * Transportation bonus: $300 MXN per week Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,600\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
