Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Organizational Strategy. Develop innovative strategies for change implementation. Analyze and interpret data to drive change decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption. Lead change management workshops and training sessions.
