Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Organizational Strategy. Develop innovative strategies for change implementation. Analyze and interpret data to drive change decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption. Lead change management workshops and training sessions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives. **Required skills:** * Intermediate proficiency in Change Strategy. * Intermediate level of proficiency in Change Management. * Intermediate Journey Management. * Intermediate Stakeholder Management * Intermediate, Change Analytics. * Advanced English level.
