Start up and shut down machines and/or peripheral equipment according to production schedule requirements. Restore machines and peripheral equipment after planned or unplanned stops. Organize and assign tasks to available personnel to achieve agreed-upon quality and productivity goals set by Production Management. Monitor quality assurance tests. Promptly report any failures or anomalies in infrastructure or unsafe acts that may compromise product quality or the safety of people, equipment, and machinery. Manage materials required to meet manufacturing needs and ensure process continuity. Return surplus materials to the Warehouse upon order completion, correctly identifying each delivered material. Deliver finished products to the Warehouse. Provide ongoing training and development to production staff on autonomous maintenance techniques, identifying critical points for equipment care and cleaning. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and ensure goal achievement.
