




Involves providing administrative support to a team of professional-level employees and their manager in ground, ramp, and/or entry locations, ensuring the most effective use of time and effort. **Job Overview:** Under general supervision, performs the following activities: * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the country’s current customs regulations and laws related to customs clearance; respond to any internal or external inquiries regarding appropriate processes and/or payments; and provide guidance to junior staff as appropriate. * Analyze and research customs regulations to ensure FedEx’s compliance with changes in tariffs and inspection requirements. * Coordinate resolution of issues related to customs documentation, tariffs, or penalties to expedite the movement of packages/documents through customs. * Ensure that customs duties and taxes are paid promptly and accurately to avoid penalties or sanctions for the Company and/or the customer. * Collaborate with customs agency personnel, FedEx air cargo agents, and operations staff to facilitate timely customs inspection of imported and exported packages and ensure prompt customs clearance. * Assist the manager in delivering customs training to local staff. Primary responsibilities are those tasks that are most important or performed most frequently; however, you may be required to perform other assigned tasks. **Requirements:** **Education Level:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Customs, or equivalent. * Minimum five (5) years of work experience in a customs environment handling various types of international cargo is required. * Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 450). **Experience:** * In-depth knowledge of the country’s customs service regulations and legislation governing import and export clearance is required. **Required Skills:** * Strong planning skills * Analytical ability * Communication skills * Computer literacy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC usage If you are interested in applying, please upload a single PDF file containing the following documents: 1.
