Industry: Manufacturing Work mode: 100% on-site Education level – Bachelor’s degree and/or Engineering degree (completed) Advanced English Job description A new plant in Nuevo León requires an HR Manager responsible for building and implementing the entire HR structure from scratch. This role is critical to ensuring successful plant launch, labor law compliance, and establishing a strong, high-performance culture. Responsibilities Develop HR processes, policies, and the full HR organizational structure. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and NOM-035. Conduct large-scale recruitment and staffing for operational, technical, and administrative roles. Manage payroll, attendance incidents, employee benefits, and IMSS personnel movements. Implement training programs, workplace climate initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. Manage labor relations and unionized environments (if applicable). Optimize labor costs and support operations in enhancing productivity efficiency. Requirements 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing. Mandatory experience in plant startup or establishing an HR department. Expertise in labor compliance and audits (ISO, IATF, and 14001 certification experience preferred). Proficiency with HR systems (Tress, Kronos, Fortia, or similar). Leadership, communication, and execution skills.
