




Job Description At izzi telecom, we are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for our telecommunications network, ensuring continuity, quality, and availability of services provided to millions of customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing that network infrastructure (fiber optic, coaxial, transmission equipment, and outside plant) operates under high reliability standards, optimizing human, technical, and material resources. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs across the telecommunications network. Manage operational staff and contractors assigned to the area. Ensure timely response to incidents and failures reported by NOC and customer service departments. Coordinate infrastructure improvement and upgrade projects. Implement and monitor operation and maintenance KPIs (resolution times, network availability, fault reduction). Manage resources, tools, and inventories required for field operations. Comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and quality standards in telecommunications. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service departments to ensure comprehensive service management. Requirements **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in maintenance, operations, or management roles within telecommunications, cable TV, internet, or telephony sectors. Knowledge of HFC and FTTH networks, outside plant, transmission equipment, and power systems. Experience leading work teams and managing contractors. Skills in project management, resource planning, and process optimization. Results-oriented, leadership skills, negotiation ability, and capacity for decision-making under pressure.
