**SUPERVISOR** We are looking for a Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field graduate. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or intern * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Personnel management skills * Valid driver's license (standard) * General maintenance knowledge (masonry, metalwork, etc.) * Responsible and committed Responsibilities * Coordination and supervision of assigned maintenance crew personnel * Determining necessary materials for operations * Damage assessment and verification * Operating utility vehicle to transport personnel * Strategic planning of maintenance and repair processes WE OFFER * Base salary of $10,000 net monthly + $4,000 monthly bonus * Overtime pay * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacations, vacation premium 25%, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year * Company cell phone * Life insurance Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
