Extensive experience in building repairs and improvements At RYASA, we are leaders in the distribution and marketing of power transmission products for industry. **Position:** Maintenance Technician **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical certification. * Proficiency with various hand tools. * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment. * Waterproofing tasks. * Painting applications and plumbing repairs. * Installation and replacement of lighting fixtures, patching, finishing, etc. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary: $20,000 * IMSS health insurance (100% employer-paid) * Vacation bonus: 25% * Year-end bonus: 30 days' salary * Savings fund: 7% (doubled by the company) * Profit sharing * Grocery vouchers: $1,154 per month * Bi-weekly payroll via BBVA **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sunday off. **Location:** Av.
