





**Job Description** ------------------------- Supervise and evaluate the work performed by technical staff in the maintenance area—and, in some cases, by external personnel—as well as assess requirements and ensure proper functioning of pneumatic and mechanical equipment; maintain control over workshop hand tools; ensure operational availability of equipment from business units entering for predictive, preventive, or corrective maintenance, guaranteeing that units depart for service in safe operating condition; manage technical staff and wash bay personnel. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1. Supervise the correct application of preventive maintenance on units according to requirements and full implementation of maintenance guidelines. 2. Perform corrective maintenance on units based on reported failures and provide repair follow-up through the maintenance supervisor, subsequently releasing units and reporting them to Operations. 3. Timely report the preventive maintenance schedule to the Operations Supervisor to ensure all applicable units enter the workshop within required timeframes. 4. Promptly coordinate requests for repairs or roadside assistance due to failures on local or foreign units, effectively coordinating repair processes jointly with the Operations Supervisor while maintaining communication with the unit operator. 5. Submit a monthly report on preventive and corrective maintenance orders, analyzing maintenance effectiveness results. 6. Maintain absolute order and cleanliness within the Workshop facilities, effectively controlling tool inventory. 7. Monitor technicians’ working hours and oversee staff shift assignments or rotations. 8. Record information regarding daily workshop activities by maintaining a logbook documenting hours worked and components used. 9. Control disposal of fluids and automotive parts at designated locations for such activities, ensuring final waste disposal is coordinated with the contracted service provider. 10. Timely request spare parts and tools from the Administrative Supervisor as needed to execute issued service orders. 11. Efficiently manage inventory of spare parts and consumables used in preventive and corrective maintenance of units. 12.
