Job Summary: Coordinate production and operator personnel to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and quality objectives in a team-oriented work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of production and fulfillment of customer requirements. 2. Support to operator personnel in manufacturing and use of machinery. 3. Management of resources and verification of functions and quality controls. **General Objective:** **Coordinate all activities aimed at monitoring production in collaboration with operator personnel, with the ultimate goal of fulfilling customer requirements, as well as meeting area performance indicators and quality policy. Additionally, foster an environment of teamwork to achieve these objectives. Support operator personnel regarding product manufacturing and operation and use of machinery equipment.** **The main responsibilities for this position are as follows:** * Programming of machine tools * Production monitoring * Support to operator personnel in fulfilling customer requirements * Proper management of resources (materials and human) * Verify that operators properly perform their duties, including completion of forms and quality controls * Segregate non-conforming products and report them to the quality department * Verify that quantities and specifications of parts match those requested in the order * Monitoring and updating information on the R\&G portal Requirements: Machinery and tools, computer numerical control (CNC), measurement equipment operation, interpretation of drawings or blueprints, lathe programming, personnel management, leadership, production control.
