Quality control and safety in production We are seeking a Karlville pouching machine operator to perform the following activities: 1) Carry out assigned tasks within the production line. 2) Review the order and mechanical drawing and determine if assembly is feasible. If an error is found, notify the supervisor immediately. 3) Assemble production according to the production order. 4) Periodically inspect production and immediately report any defects or issues. 5) Meet the established timeframes for each production order. 6) Complete production forms, material requisition forms, and material delivery forms. 7) Perform basic maintenance (greasing, lubricating, replacing Teflon, and keeping the unit clean) during the shift. 8) Handle waste materials generated during the shift by disposing them in the appropriate location. 9) Monitor and verify that equipment safety measures are properly implemented and immediately report any problems.
