Teamwork with a focus on safety and attention to detail **Job Objective** Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to handle, load, unload, and warehouse merchandise, ensuring product integrity and compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate forklifts to handle merchandise without pallets. * Safely and efficiently load and unload transport units. * Warehouse merchandise according to layout and location system. * Inspect equipment conditions before use (daily checklist). * Ensure proper clamp usage to prevent product damage. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and PPE requirements. * Support physical inventory counts and material control. * Report mechanical failures or unsafe equipment conditions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** * Education: Completed junior high school (minimum). * Experience: 1–2 years operating forklifts. * Valid forklift license or certification (preferred). * Knowledge of handling delicate or unpalletized loads. **Competencies** * Safety-focused mindset * Responsibility and discipline * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Results-oriented **Working Conditions** * Work performed in warehouse and/or yard * Exposure to noise and constant movement of vehicles * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Salary: $14,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
