Position Summary: We are seeking a Market Developer to attract and develop sales-potential customers, ensuring budget compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead generation and development 2. Strategic management of customer database 3. Competitor monitoring and agenda adherence We are looking for a **Market Developer** to join our operations in **Escobedo N.L. (Escobedo, García, and Monterrey Norte)** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Attract and develop sales-potential customers aligned with defined service levels, ensuring budget compliance as established for their cell. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Customer acquisition:** Identify and attract potential customers within the assigned area to achieve growth and market share objectives. * **Prospect visits:** Conduct daily prospecting of potential customers. * **Sales process support:** Provide personalized follow-up to customers to mature commercial relationships based on their purchase history. * **Customer database management:** Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect database with strategic focus: clustering, product portfolio, and purchasing potential. * **Competitor monitoring:** Collect and report relevant information regarding competitors’ products, pricing, credit terms, and services. * **Agenda adherence:** Execute 100% of scheduled customer visits/contacts, ensuring effective communication and commercial development. **EXPERIENCE IN:** * Door-to-door sales * Goal- or target-based work (Commission-based roles) * Customer prospecting, sales closing, customer service and support * Standard vehicle operation * Valid driver’s license * Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency **SALARY:** Base salary + commissions (Guaranteed commissions for the first three months under the training category). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
