Prepare the work area ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene. 2\. Perform scale checklists. 3\. Weigh requested ingredients according to the production order. 4\. Support cyclic, monthly, and annual inventories. 5\. Perform cleaning activities as specified in the master cleaning program. 6\. Report any errors and/or anomalies in operations to the immediate supervisor. 7\. Assist with picking and weighing of formulation OPs. 8\. Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. 9\. Member of the HACCP team. Requirements * Required education level: High school or vocational training * Experience: 1 \- 2 years as a FORMULATOR * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + 1\. Support in cyclic inventory counts. 2\. Cleaning of Hawaiian curtain. 3\. Washing of trash bins. 4\. Deep cleaning of the work area. + 1\. Rack cleaning. 2\. Replacement of pallet wraps and pallet covers as required. 3\.
