PMI / Project Management certification or training, construction control, or planning is desirable. (Ability to read blueprints, technical specifications, and communicate with internal clients.) **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the execution of industrial construction projects (logistics warehouses, light manufacturing facilities, industrial parks). * Manage progress, estimates, costs, and construction control in accordance with PMI guidelines. * Develop, update, and monitor the **construction schedule**, S-curves, and critical paths. * Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements. * Supervise compliance with safety (EHS) and construction standards. * Submit weekly progress reports, project KPIs, and risk assessments. * Validate drawings, engineering documents, construction processes, and technical specifications. * Document control: logs, photographic reports, purchase requisitions, contracts, and deliverables. **Required Competencies and Technical Knowledge:** * Familiarity with PMI principles: scope, schedule, risks, cost, and quality is desirable. * Construction planning, project control, deviation analysis, and field execution. * Technical knowledge of earthworks, foundations, structural steel, pavements, MEP systems, and industrial finishes. * Proficiency in estimating, budgeting, unit price analysis, and cost control. * Contractor management and negotiation. * Advanced ability to read blueprints and technical specifications. * Executive reporting: KPIs, S-curves, and document control. * Focus on industrial safety and applicable regulations. * Leadership capability, decision-making skills, and effective communication.
