Activities involving customs file review and inventory system audits **Location:** Apodaca, Nuevo León **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 **Job Description** We are seeking an intern for the Customs and Logistics department to support customs documentation control and review, inventory management, and administrative processes related to import and export activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Review and control of physical customs files (imports and exports) for the three legal entities. * Review of inventory system entries for raw materials (JDE and A24\). * Audit of electronic files from various legal entities. * Preparation of various reports. * Support in preparing the electronic value declaration. * Requesting and tracking information from different business units for new projects. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in: * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) * International Business * International Trade * Related fields * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Availability for operational tasks and physical file handling. **We Offer** * Financial stipend. * Completion certification for professional internship / Social Service. * Learning opportunity in international trade and inventory processes.
