**Job Responsibilities** * Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of all injection molding and auxiliary equipment. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for injection machines, robots, and support systems. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures to minimize downtime. * Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts inventories. * Supervise and verify that machine safety devices and sensors function properly. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure fast and efficient mold changes and machine setups. * Participate in continuous improvement projects related to machine efficiency and energy consumption. * Coordinate with external service providers when specialized maintenance is required. * Ensure compliance with 5S standards and safety protocols within the maintenance area.
