Currently seeking: **Computer Systems Technician (Querétaro)** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Preferably certified) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, or on-site/field technical support experience with MW and GPON technologies * 2 years of experience **Responsibilities:** * Troubleshoot Layer 3 and Layer 2 failures, as well as voice-related issues * Troubleshoot failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Component replacement * Operating system management * Customer service * Problem resolution (networks) * Field work **We Offer:** * Net salary: $12,000 to $14,000 * Statutory benefits * Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 1 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
