Position: Systems Analyst Department: Operations / Administrative Position Type: Operational Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Work Location: Monterrey, Zona Estanzuela. Requirements * Technical degree in Systems, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, or related field. * Experience in technological support and administration focused on business operations (e-commerce and ERP). Technical Skills * Administer and maintain the e-commerce platform (stock updates, pricing, product uploads). * Monitor correct order and data synchronization between the e-commerce platform and the ERP system. * Provide technical support and training to ERP users (sales, warehouse, finance). * Resolve first- and second-level technical incidents (system outages, payment gateway errors, etc.). * Generate sales, inventory, and platform performance reports. * Proficiency in operating systems and web browsers. * Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
