Incident reporting. Collection of accounts receivable, supporting collection efforts during each visit and preventing overdue accounts. Follow-up on customer portfolio Cold calling for new clients Cross-selling Maintenance of customer portfolio Expand customer portfolio through prospecting new clients within the segment.
