Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Router, switch, and hub configuration.* Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by the client. Replace parts, track incidents, provide service, and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical fault requests from users within the timeframes established with the client.
