




**Job Description** We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Community Manager capable of managing digital communities, creating engaging content, and supporting sales-, interaction-, and brand-growth-oriented strategies. **Responsibilities** Manage and maintain active social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Create content (copywriting) and organize the content calendar. Propose new ideas based on trends, seasonality, and business objectives. Respond to messages and comments professionally and promptly. Execute strategies to increase sales, reach, and engagement. Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads) and optimize results. Monitor metrics and prepare clear performance reports. **Required Knowledge** \- Basic Adobe skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere). \- Meta Business Suite. \- Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads. \- Sales- and engagement-focused copywriting. \- General understanding of algorithms, trends, and metrics. **Skills** \- Proactivity and creativity \- Excellent written communication \- Organizational skills \- Ability to work under pressure \- Problem-solving ability and results orientation **Requirements:** 1 year of verifiable experience.
