Responsibilities: * Install and configure the technology to be used within the company. * Perform periodic system maintenance. * Provide assistance to employees or internal customers. * Identify system and application failures. * Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions. * Identify solutions for any failures and implement them. * Implement and guide various teams in executing new applications or operating systems. Requirements: Education – Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge: * Operating Systems – Windows Server. * Web Servers – Advanced IIS (Internet Information Services). * Databases – SQL Server (complex queries, joins, triggers, and basic optimization). * Development – Basic knowledge of .NET and JavaScript (for code reading and debugging). * Others – REST API consumption and networking fundamentals (NFS, connectivity). Experience: * 2–3 years of experience in technical support for web applications or enterprise systems. * Administration and configuration of IIS (Internet Information Services) and Windows Server environments. * Creation/modification of stored procedures, functions, views, and script handling for problem resolution and data maintenance. * Script execution, backup management (backups/restores), and controlled deployment of updates. * End-user or internal customer support under service-level agreement (SLA) frameworks.
