Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level (Semi-Senior) Electrical Engineer with experience in photovoltaic projects, proactive and organized, to manage, supervise, and operate solar installations. Key Highlights: 1. Solar installation management and supervision. 2. Development and validation of electrical engineering designs. 3. Technical fault resolution and schedule adherence. We are looking for a Mid-Level (Semi-Senior) Electrical Engineer with experience in photovoltaic projects, focused on the management, supervision, and operation of solar installations. The position requires an organized, proactive individual capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring proper technical and operational execution. Responsibilities: * Development, review, and validation of electrical engineering designs. * Management and monitoring of small- and medium-scale solar installations (approx. 40 projects per month). * Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and installers. * On-site construction supervision and technical decision-making. * Inventory tracking and control in coordination with administration. * Diagnosis and resolution of technical faults in inverters and photovoltaic equipment. * Ensuring adherence to project schedules and installation timelines. * Continuous communication with clients and internal teams for project tracking. * Validation of materials and compliance with applicable electrical regulations. Ideal Profile: * Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in photovoltaic installations. * Knowledge of solar systems, inverters, electrical diagrams, and installation supervision. * Experience coordinating projects and operational personnel. * Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented profile. * Ability to resolve technical problems on-site. * Familiarity with tools such as Helioscope, AutoCAD, or similar is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
