Job Summary: We are seeking an assembler with technical skills for component assembly, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring continuous improvement under strict safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and testing of components with problem-solving 2. Use of tools and reading of technical drawings 3. Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics **Responsibilities:** * Assemble components across all Product Lines. Select appropriate tools and accessories. * Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with product assembly and testing. * Ensure capability to: read drawings; identify components; use hand tools and relevant rework techniques; operate equipment; measure and establish tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies. * Maintain labor records for all transactions. * Apply guiding principles and Manufacturing System tools to drive continuous improvement. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Tool handling * Reading of technical drawings * Knowledge of processes (traceability, fixtures, inspection) * Works under the strictest safety standards * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of measurement equipment * Knowledge of mechanics; knowledge and experience in pneumatics and hydraulics (pressure test bay) * Availability for 3 rotating shifts Application Question(s): * Do you have knowledge or experience in Oil \& Gas? * What is your monthly salary expectation?
