Join the Vinte team as: Construction Control Manager Position Objective: This position contributes to Vinte's successful positioning by overseeing the proper application of resources in accordance with the assigned budget and the execution schedule for one or multiple projects. · POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Approve resource requirements based on progress against the execution schedule and assigned budget to ensure proper administration. 2. Identify and analyze cost variances between actual expenditures and authorized budget, in order to implement corrective actions that help recover such investment. 3. Review and validate extraordinary resources, ensuring they are necessary to maintain production continuity. 4. Conduct site visits to record physical progress, verifying and reporting compliance with scheduled production. 5. Execute administrative processes enabling resource availability (contracts, progress invoices, material requisitions, warehouse vouchers, etc.). 6.
