Job Summary: A leading global company is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate suppliers, prepare reports, ensure the proper functioning of emergency systems, and develop and implement improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of suppliers and contractors. 2. Development and implementation of improvement projects. 3. Ensuring the proper functioning of industrial safety systems. A world-leading company in the development and engineering of electronic technologies and solutions for consumers in residential, non-residential, mobility, and personal applications is currently seeking personnel to fill the position of: ***Building Maintenance Supervisor*** Requirements: * University degree in electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering or related field. * \+2 years of experience in building maintenance, HVAC equipment, and electrical installations. * ***Intermediate-to-advanced English.*** Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff suppliers, technicians, and contractors. * Prepare reports on results, procedures, instructions, and work plans. * Ensure the proper functioning of industrial safety emergency systems. * Development and implementation of improvement projects. **Schedule:** Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
