**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in a related field * Knowledge and experience in operations, logistics, and traffic management * Flexible working hours * Experience in transportation companies (Mandatory) **Activities/Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the operator workforce (service assignments, payroll settlements, performance metrics, attendance, and leave) * Customer service * Enter orders into the system and track them * Inventory management and trailer verification * Ensure operator productivity through efficient resource utilization * Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance appointments * Ensure fulfillment of customer-assigned services * Verify regulatory compliance * Document and/or dispatch trips * Issue the "Carta Porte" complement stamp * Resolve operational and commercial incidents **Skills:** * Interaction with operators * Assertive communication * Sense of urgency **Work location: Salinas Victoria Highway** Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
