Growth opportunities within an expanding company. **We are looking for our next Procurement Coordinator!** At HG Group—dedicated to the design and construction of industrial, residential, and light-structure projects—we seek a **Procurement Coordinator** to lead and execute the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and continuity across our construction projects. **Purpose of the Position:** Plan, manage, and execute the procurement process for materials, tools, services, and supplies, serving as a key liaison between operational departments, warehouse, suppliers, and management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle: request quotations, negotiate, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries. * Develop strong relationships with strategic suppliers. * Coordinate with construction sites, warehouse, and management to address needs and urgent requirements. * Control and document purchase orders, invoices, and payments systematically and traceably. * Propose improvements, analyze costs, and generate control metrics. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of procurement experience in the construction or industrial sector. * Experience handling purchase orders, quotations, and supplier negotiations. * Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred; Google Workspace proficiency. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Residency in Monterrey or its metropolitan area. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company.
