Risoul\| RS is a trading company with over 50 years of experience innovating solutions for the electrical industry in the Mexican market; our philosophy is to deliver added value to our customers—not only through products and solutions but also through our people. **Job Description** We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst responsible for capturing purchase orders following established processes, providing direct support to the Purchasing Coordination team, and contributing to proper departmental administration. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize, coordinate, and control the procurement and delivery of goods, supplies, and assets required for company operations. * Receive and address requests from Sales and Warehouse departments. * Conduct purchases according to specified requirements. * Prepare purchase orders (standard, urgent, and requisitions), ensuring inventory optimization. * Review and submit backorder reports to validate purchasing information intended for importation (where applicable). **Requirements** * **Education** + Technical or university degree in Administration, Systems Administration, Business Administration, or Accounting. * **Technical Knowledge and Skills** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Proficiency in Windows. \#LI\-FG1
