Opportunity for professional development and training **Full Job Description** **Position:** Industrial Engineering Intern **Company:** Frohlich México **Location:** Apodaca, N.L. **Department:** Engineering / Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement **Job Type:** Professional Internship Job Objective Provide support to the Industrial Engineering department in optimizing production processes, analyzing operational data, and executing continuous improvement projects, thereby contributing to plant efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities * Support process mapping and analysis of manufacturing operations. * Prepare production and efficiency reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Participate in continuous improvement projects applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies. * Conduct time and motion studies. * Track corrective actions and waste reduction projects. * Support updating work instructions and process documentation. * Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics departments to resolve operational issues. * Participate in industrial safety activities and facility layout improvement initiatives. Requirements * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. * Enrolled in intermediate or final semesters. * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. * Familiarity with AutoCAD, Power BI, or SAP is desirable. * Basic/intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * Proactive attitude, teamwork orientation, and analytical skills.
