Focus on continuous operational improvement At Banco Bancrea, we are looking for a **Consumer Operations Analyst (CrediBancrea)** **Location**: San Pedro Garza Garcia, NL, Torre San Pedro **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational/administrative role * Completed bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze credit applications submitted by retirees. * Verify completeness of information, validate documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies. * Approve (i.e., credit disbursement) or reject transactions based on established criteria. * Ensure appropriate response times for each transaction. * Coordinate with commercial, operational, and administrative departments. * Reconciliation reporting and other reports. * Continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes. Working Hours: 9:00 am \- 7:00 pm Workplace: On-site employment
