**Technical Commercial Advisor – Lightweight Construction Materials** At Tecnopol, we are seeking commercial talent with a technical focus and passion for industrial and construction sales. We are a brand specialized in lightweight, thermal, and efficient construction solutions, focusing on polystyrene and EPS materials. We seek a candidate with a commercial vision, negotiation skills, and results orientation who wishes to grow within a solid and expanding company. **Responsibilities:** * Prospecting and developing new clients in the construction and industrial sectors. * Following up on and closing commercial projects. * Providing technical and commercial advisory services regarding EPS and lightweight material solutions. * Developing and maintaining a client portfolio. * Negotiating and managing post-sales follow-up. * Conducting commercial visits and building strategic relationships with construction firms, distributors, and industrial clients. **Required Profile:** * Architecture / Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering * Experience in technical or industrial sales. * Prior experience with polystyrene, EPS, insulation, or construction materials is desirable. * Strong negotiation ability and commercial orientation. * Personal vehicle required. * Willingness to work in the field and visit clients. **Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM to 6 PM** * Sales Office Location: Centro, Monterrey, N.L. * Tecnopol Plant Location: Pesquería, NL (near the airport) **We Offer:** * **Monthly gross salary of $17,765** * Monthly commissions: 3% on panel line, 2% on EPS line * Guaranteed bonus of $8,000 for the first 3 months * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,700 * Monthly gasoline allowance of $4,000 MXN * Monthly vehicle maintenance support up to $2,500 MXN * Opportunity to join a solid, well-established company in the industry *If technical sales excite you and you wish to join an organization with growth potential and strong commercial vision, we want to meet you.
