




**Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate the overall kitchen operations at Bowler Park Point Cumbres, ensuring the quality, flavor, and presentation of dishes, as well as compliance with hygiene, safety, and service time standards. Lead the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations and deliver a high-level dining experience within a fun and family-friendly environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise food preparation and service according to Bowler's quality, flavor, and presentation standards. * Organize and assign kitchen staff activities to meet service timing requirements. * Manage inventories, input rotation, waste control, and weekly orders. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (NOM\-251 and internal policies). * Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse departments to ensure timely supply. * Verify cleanliness, maintenance, and proper operation of equipment, utensils, and refrigeration units. * Train and motivate operational staff on techniques, recipes, and best practices. * Assist in the development and standardization of new dishes and special menus. * Work closely with the General Manager and service team to ensure smooth operations. **Required Profile** * Technical high school degree in gastronomy or related field (desirable). * Minimum **2 years of experience** as Kitchen Manager, Chef de Cuisine, or Sous Chef in medium to high-volume restaurants. * Knowledge in personnel management, inventory control, portioning, and cost control. * Experience in high-traffic kitchens (casual dining, sports bar, or taco shop). * Leadership, discipline, and communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and management of operational teams. * Organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail. * Effective communication with kitchen, bar, and management. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. * Passion for cuisine and service. **Working Conditions** * **Work Schedule:** Full-time (includes weekends). * **Statutory benefits from day one.** * **Competitive salary based on experience.** * **Tips \+ performance bonuses.** * **Uniforms provided.** * **Opportunity for growth within the restaurant group.** **Benefits** * Discounts and preferential pricing at Bowler and other group brands. * Staff parking. * Option for indefinite contract. * Dynamic, young, and fun work environment. **Work Location:** On-site position at **Bowler Plaza Auriga, SPGG, N.L.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,800\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
